1. Eligibility
- Entry is open to attendees of Web Summit 2025 (Lisbon) aged 18 or over.
- Employees or direct affiliates of Coir Consulting Ltd are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
2. How to Enter
- Visit the ääni booth (A2-16, ALPHA 2 area) during Web Summit Lisbon.
- Scan the QR code on your ticket or booth display.
- Complete the short form with your name, company, and email address to confirm your entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. The Prizes
- 1st Prize: One (1) year of ääni service (Tier 2 plan, valued at £3,588), including full setup and support.
- Runner-Up Prizes: Ten (10) free one-month ääni subscriptions (Tier 2 plan, valued at £299 each).
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
4. Draw and Notification
- The draw will take place on Thursday 13th November 2025.
- Winners will be selected at random and notified by email within seven (7) days.
- If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the prize may be re-awarded to another entrant.
5. Use of Data
- By entering, participants agree that Coir Consulting Ltd may contact them regarding the competition and future ääni updates.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and Coir Consulting’s Privacy Policy.
- Entrants may unsubscribe or request deletion of their data at any time.
6. General
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
- Participation in the draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
