Why the PMS integration matters

A voice assistant is only as good as the data behind it. That's why we're building ääni directly into the property management systems you already run, beginning with Mews.

When ääni reads from your live PMS, it isn't guessing at availability or working from a copy that's minutes out of date. It sees the same record your front desk sees, in the same moment. A caller asks about a room for next weekend, and the answer is real.

That changes what the conversation can do. Bookings are confirmed there and then. Guest profiles are recognised. Requests land in the right place without anyone rekeying them later. The work that usually piles up behind the front desk simply doesn't.
